I was   off from work today and it was raining and yuckie out, so I decided to do my favorite things bake !  I made Dark Chocolate Cream filled cupcakes yummy !!!!!!!   I made them in the Giant Cupcke Pan for a differnt size.

I have been so busy that I  have not posted , I even missed this month's MS Cupckae post.  I have been teaching classes, making cakes like crazy and starting a cake decorating club .  However, I did post a new cupcake , well my version . I found it on the web, I can't recall the site or I would defintly give it a plug.  It is a candy corn cupcake I made these for a raffle recently .  check out the picture below. 

I am off to Wilton training this week ,I will post again soon.
